um rapaz a manter debaixo de olho. Formado em 2005 pelo ESAD em design de equipamento, Filipe de Sousa Lopes avançou rapidamente para um mestrado em ensino de artes visuais pela Católica e para uma pós-graduação em design de mobiliário pela ESEIG. Em 2011, com Manuel Moreira, abre o atelier projetwo, que mais recentemente toma novas vestes sob a marca Fasm. Esta tem já reconhecimentos válidos nacional e internacionalmente, como a nomeação para Projecto Original Português do Museu de Serralves e para o reputado International Products Design Awards.

Nestas alturas dou toda a razão a minha mãe, que quando me ouvia arengar sobre a minha sempre espinhosa vida laboral, me dizia: 'estudasses'.

The label has already national  acknowledge, like being a nominee for Serralves' Portuguese Original Project and internationally, being on the International Products Design Awards line. At these times I remember my mother, when I was around her complaining about my troubled labour life, she used to say: 'you should have studied'.

As fileiras Escrita, Arte e Ofício vão estar na Paperworld de Frankfurt em Janeiro. As tendências desta feira foram desenhadas pela agência bora.herke.palmisano, que são já costumeiros na definição das tendências da deco em Frankfurt.

there is a fashion motto that says that if-you-can't-afford-the-jacket-buy-the-cologne. Deco has its own match: if-you-can't-buy-the-sofa-buy-the-pen. Writing, Fine Art and Office rows will be at next Paperworld Frankfurt, where bora.herke.palmisano agency will present their trend version on the theme. This agency is already a trusty guide when trends are the matter, as seen on previous Messe editions.

Fabulous Delight
A tendência virada para os mais novos e afoitos inova pelos grafismos: ilusões ópticas, efeitos caleidoscópio e micro-motivo, psicadelismo e 3D. O reino perfeito para o plástico e materiais técnicos em estreia. Apesar da possível 'fácil descartibilidade' subjacente ao tema - como em todas as temporadas - há-de haver alguma coisa para manter.

The young and trendy bunch attacks by graphisms:optical illusions, kaleidoscopic and micro-prints, psychedelia and 3D looks. The place where plastic and techno materials rules. Despite theme's apparently subjacent 'easily disposability'  - like always - there will be something to keep. 

College Refinement
O escritório, com toda a carga que a expressão implica. Mas em bom, tipo o quotidiano dos anos universitários de Charles e Sebastien. Materiais genuínos e tradicionais, pele, fazenda e madeira, tweed e tartan. Mais para homens, mas tenho a certeza que meninas como a lagarde ou a merkel vão querer um assim.

The study, with all the implicated expression's charge. A fine office, kinda Charles & Sebastien's university years. Traditional and truthful materia, leather, woolen and wood, tweed and tartan. Mens spaces, but i am sure that ladies like lagarde or merkel will want one.

Gentle Time-out
O retiro para poetisas, uma história feminina mas amodernada, ao gosto nórdico e japonês. Materiais e motivos dispostos de forma allover undirectional, mas tranquila e naturalmente. Naturais também as matérias base: cortiça, madeira, pedra e metal, sublinhados por vidro mate e metais polidos. Naturalidade também nalguns padrões e acabamentos.  

A poetess retreat, a girly but forward story, on the nordic and japanese side. Allover undirectional printing and matter, turned soft and natural. Natural also are starting materials:; cork, wood, stone and metal, highlighted by matt glass and polished metals. Nature also on motives and finishings.
