AS CADEIRAS INTELIGENTES DA MARGARIDA

Inteligentes, não espertas. A esperteza para mim é muito mais defeito que qualidade: o esperto pensa em si, nunca nos outros, o esperto para além de não reciclar despeja o lixo no terreno do vizinho, o esperto vai para comissário europeu (ou para categoria semelhante) depois de deixar um país de rastos, o esperto levou as coisas ao estado que em estão, o esperto afinal é estúpido porque se safa a si mas lixa o futuro dos netos. Dos seus e dos outros. Apesar de trabalhar nisto há muitos anos, só conheci a Margarida na última Ambiente Frankfurt. A Margarida é inteligente. As suas cadeiras são pensadas não só para serem apenas confortáveis - o desígnio último de qualquer cadeira - mas também tendo em conta o material que já existe, por vezes em excesso, e usá-lo noutro contexto que acabará por ser proveitoso para toda a gente. Em última análise isto não se chama design, chama-se bom design.

MARGARIDA'S INTELLIGENT CHAIRS

Intelligent, not smart. The smartness for me is much more a defect than a quality: the smart one thinks all about himself, not in the other; the smart one do not recycle, but dumps the trash in neighbor's land; the smart goes for European commissioner (or similar category) after leaving his country to its knees; the smart brought things to the state they are; the smart is,  after all a stupid, because he gets along with it, but leaves a black future for his  grandchildren. Their chairs are designed not only to be just comfortable - the last and first meaning of any chair design - but also takes into account the material that already exists, sometimes in excess, and use it in another context that will ultimately be beneficial to everyone . Ultimately, this is not called design, this is good design.
